1Toffee & Vanilla Coffee Syrup
I’m not really sure if this one even needs a description! Just make it! I got the bottles at Target for around $3 each.
Adapted from: Annie’s Eats
Vanilla Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 vanilla bean, spilt lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Toffee Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup toffee candy bits
- 1 pinch salt
Method:
- Combine ingredients into a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally (For the vanilla syrup, scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean and place both the seeds and pod into the pan).
- Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture and pour into a bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
P.S. – Print off the template/instructions for the labels shown in the photo!
