Finals Week Survival Tips!

Finals week is officially here! :(
I hope everyone does well and isn’t too stressed out.  I was trying to think of a few things that would be helpful reminders to help everyone get through the week, and decided I would ask my mom what her advice is.  It’s nothing too ground breaking, but extremely helpful none-the-less.  Obviously, studying is the most important thing to do to prepare, but don’t forget the following tips…

  • Get plenty of sleep! Make sure you not only get enough sleep, but also that you’re sleeping during regular “sleeping” hours.
  • Make a check list of everything you need to do.  This is probably the tip that helps me the most.  If you write your tasks down, you won’t have to worry about remembering (and then forgetting!) something important.
  • Eat healthy meals and snacks and get some exercise.
  • Listen to relaxing music.  If you haven’t been introduced to Spotify, I would highly recommend downloading it!  There’s ton of music available to you for free, and you can search for playlists that other users have uploaded.
  • Laugh with friends.  Don’t forget to have some fun!
  • Stay positive. Make sure that you don’t stress out too much, no one is perfect.
  • Make sure you remember what you’re thankful for.
Good luck everyone!  You can do it!
